Yes. We can create great-looking headshots for large numbers of people at events such as a company meeting, conference or trade show. We provide individual selection and delivery of images and event photography for any type of event.

Do you provide retouching?

All final image files have basic enhancements, exposure, color and contrast included. We also include skin smoothing, stray hair and lint removal, teeth whitening and brightening the eyes as needed.

Can you photograph at our office?

Yes. Most of my work is done on-site. I bring the studio to you. I require a small conference room or any open space of 15 feet wide by 20 feet long, or larger is ideal, to set-up. But we have worked within smaller areas depending on the situation.

How long does each session take?

Most individual headshots take 5–10 minutes, while executives who want extra variety can plan for 20-30 minutes. Large teams would be more stream-lined at less than 5 minutes, depending on the number of people.

What kind of backgrounds can I choose from?

Most clients choose either white, grey or black. If you have a specific color to match, we will accommodate that as well. If you desire an environmental portrait, such as an office, hotel or outdoor location, we'll select an ideal space to create a beautiful background. Depending on the request we may want to scout the area before the day of photo shoot.

How is professional headshots pricing structured?

Pricing is typically based on half-day or full-day sessions, with flexibility for smaller teams or individual portraits. I'm happy to provide a custom quote once I know your needs.

Do you charge for travel or rescheduling?

Local travel is included. For multiple locations or last-minute changes, I'll provide clear costs upfront—no surprises.

How are the photos delivered?

You'll receive a private online gallery within 2–3 business days for image selection and final retouched images within 1–2 weeks, depending on volume. You'll be able to download both high-resolution (for print) and web-optimized files (for LinkedIn, website, social media, etc.).

Do you provide wardrobe or grooming tips?

Yes. I send a preparation guide in advance with suggestions on clothing, grooming, and colors that work best for headshots.

Are you insured?
