Do you charge for travel or rescheduling?
Local travel is included. For multiple locations or last-minute changes, I’ll provide clear costs upfront—no surprises.
IMAGE DELIVERY
How are the photos delivered?
You’ll receive a private online gallery within 2–3 business days for image selection and final retouched images within 1–2 weeks, depending on volume. You’ll be able to download both high-resolution (for print) and web-optimized files (for LinkedIn, website, social media, etc.).

Do you provide wardrobe or grooming tips?
Yes. I send a preparation guide in advance with suggestions on clothing, grooming, and colors that work best for headshots.
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry full liability and equipment insurance. A copy of my certificate of insurance is available on request.
Do we own the photos once delivered?
While I retain the copyright to the photos, you receive full usage rights for business, marketing, and personal use.
